Rosa Mexicano seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our Lincoln Center location. This restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner (brunch on weekends) and enjoys the support of a large, loyal guest base. In addition to the bar and dining room, Lincoln Center does brisk private dining, off-site catering and take out business.
The ideal candidate is currently an AGM or GM of a casual fine dining or fine dining restaurant, is passionate about creating great guest experiences by providing excellent service and food, leads by example, and has a demonstrable track record of success managing the service and business aspects of the operation. A collaborative yet firm and direct management style is best suited to our culture, as are excellent communication and organization skills, a willingness to learn our ways and uphold our standards, and to join an organization that is growing and offers opportunities for advancement. We care about results, are not embarrassed about making a profit and don’t consider making money, taking care of our guests, and supporting our staff’s growth as incompatible values.
