Just as Rosa Mexicano celebrates authentic, regionally-inspired Mexican cuisine, our Agave collection and Agave-based cocktails are a toast to Mexico’s distilling families. Rosa Mexicano’s largest agave collection – just over 400 bottles - is housed at Masa y Agave bar in New York City. Working from this collection, Courtenay Greenleaf, our own Master Mezcalier, handpicked lists of Tequilas, Mezcals, Raicillas and Sotols for each of our restaurants across the country. In 2017, Courtenay was featured as a Top 40 under 40 Tastemaker in Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
